1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a contract between you and WorkforceForHumans LLC ("WFH," "we," "us"). By creating an account, posting a job, or using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must be legally eligible to work in the country where you apply for jobs.
- Employer accounts must be operated by an authorized representative of the hiring organization.
3. Your account
We use passwordless magic-link sign-in. You're responsible for keeping access to your registered email secure. Don't share sign-in links. Tell us at hello@workforceforhumans.com if you think your account has been compromised.
4. Permitted use
Use WFH to find work, post legitimate jobs, and learn. Don't:
- Impersonate another person or organization.
- Post job listings you don't have authority to post, or listings for roles that don't exist.
- Scrape or bulk-download listings for republication elsewhere.
- Submit resumes, content, or listings that are illegal, defamatory, discriminatory in ways that violate applicable law, or that you don't own the rights to.
- Interfere with the operation of the site (rate abuse, security probes, denial-of-service).
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Members & job seekers
Signing up as a member is free. We'll send you transactional emails (magic-link sign-in; match-score digests if you have new high-scoring matches). You can opt out of the match digest by flipping your newsletter preference on the member dashboard or emailing us.
Job matches are informational. We do not guarantee that any particular job will be available to you, responsive to your application, or a fit in practice. Hiring decisions are made by employers, not by WFH.
6. Employer listings & pricing
Launch-quarter notice (2026-05-25 forward): Employer listings are currently free during our launch quarter while we build market credibility. There is no listing fee, no per-application charge, and no subscription. To list a role, email employers@workforceforhumans.com. The paid plan structure below describes how billing operated before the launch-quarter pause and how it will operate again if and when fees are re-introduced; we will give existing listed employers reasonable advance notice before any pricing change.
- Plans (paused during launch quarter). When paid, Basic and Featured are one-time job posts. Employer is a monthly subscription ($499/month) that allows unlimited active listings while the subscription is active.
- Billing (when paid). All payments are handled by Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled.
- Cancellation (when paid). You can cancel at any time from the employer dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not prorate or refund partial months.
- Listing availability. Active listings are visible to members while your listing is in good standing. During the launch-quarter free period, listings stay active subject to the verification rules below; under the paid model, listings depend on a current subscription.
- Employer verification. We may contact you to verify you represent the hiring organization. Unverified or disputed listings may be removed. This applies whether the listing is paid or free.
7. External-sourced jobs
Some listings on WFH are sourced from public feeds such as USAJobs.gov. These listings are clearly labeled "Sourced from [feed name]" and the Apply button opens the original listing on that feed's site. Applications to external-sourced jobs are governed by the hiring organization's own process, not WFH. We do not mediate those applications or receive their outcomes.
8. Your content
You retain ownership of anything you upload — resumes, profile text, employer listings. By submitting content, you grant WFH a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display that content as needed to run the service (including sending resumes to our AI resume reviewer and including job listings in member match emails).
This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except to the extent we need to retain records for legal, tax, or anti-abuse purposes (see the Privacy Policy's retention section).
9. AI outputs & disclaimers
WFH uses AI (primarily Anthropic's Claude) to review resumes, score job matches, and filter external job feeds. AI outputs are informational only. They are not:
- Career counseling or legally-reviewed advice.
- Employment-eligibility determinations.
- Credit, housing, or insurance decisions.
- A guarantee that any matched job will hire you.
If you'd like a human second opinion on an AI output, email hello@workforceforhumans.com and we'll review it.
10. Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't promise the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI outputs will be perfectly accurate for your situation. We do commit to operating the service in good faith and fixing defects we become aware of.

11. Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, WFH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost job opportunities, lost wages, or decisions made based on AI outputs. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $100 if you're a free-tier member).

12. Termination
You can close your account any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate your account for serious or repeated violations of these Terms, or if continued service would expose WFH to legal risk. Active employer subscriptions are not auto-refunded on termination for cause.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, unless a different forum is required by applicable consumer-protection law.

14. Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by email notice. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
